We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, with delivery taking 5-7 business days depending on your location. Fragile or oversized furniture items may require specialized couriers and longer lead times.
Do you offer international shipping for home decor?
Currently, Alfresco Emporium ships exclusively within Australia. We are looking into international shipping options for our smaller decor pieces in the near future.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We want you to love your home. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I care for my timber and rattan furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your natural pieces, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft cloth and avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading. For rattan, a damp cloth can be used for cleaning, but ensure the piece is dried thoroughly to maintain structural integrity.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal so you can monitor its progress.
